Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ReFresh Coaching. These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By engaging with ReFresh Coaching, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any coaching sessions or using our website.

1. Definitions

  • "We," "Us," "Our": Refers to ReFresh Coaching, a holistic life coaching service.

  • "Client," "You," "Your": Refers to the individual receiving coaching services.

  • "Services": Refers to all coaching sessions, workshops, and any related services provided by ReFresh Coaching.

 

2. Services

ReFresh Coaching offers life coaching sessions designed to provide guidance and personal development strategies. Our services do not constitute professional therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. Clients are responsible for their actions and decisions during and after the coaching sessions.

 

3. Bookings and Payment

  • All sessions must be booked through our official website or via direct communication with ReFresh Coaching.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We currently only accept payments via bank transfer  

  • VAT is added to all payments at present rate of 20%

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of services.

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • One on One and Couples Coaching Cancellations: less than 7 days’ notice = 100% cancellation fee

  • Group and Business Coaching Cancellations: less than 30 days’ notice = 100% cancellation fee

  • ReFresh in Sardinia: Less than 6 weeks prior to start of course = 100% of your actual course cost payable as the cancellation fee

  • Less than 3 months prior to start of course: 75% of your actual course cost payable as the cancellation fee

  • More than 3 months prior to start of course: 50% of your actual course cost payable as the cancellation fee

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, you will be charged

  • One on One and Couples Coaching - Rescheduling is allowed if notice is given at least 7 days 

  • Group and Business Coaching Cancellations - Rescheduling is allowed if notice given is at least 30 days and subject to availability.

  • ReFresh in Sardinia – Rescheduling is allowed if notice given is more than 3 months prior to the start date and subject to availability

 

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information shared during coaching sessions. However, confidentiality may be breached if required by law, or if we believe there is a risk of harm to the client or others.

 

6. Liability

  • ReFresh Coaching will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages that arise from the use of our services or information provided during coaching sessions.

  • Clients are responsible for their own well-being and decisions made during and after coaching.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to participate in life coaching sessions.

  • Clients are expected to be honest, open, and committed to their personal development during coaching sessions.

  • ReFresh Coaching reserves the right to terminate services if the client engages in inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.

 

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to the following:

  • You will not use the website for any illegal activities or to post harmful or defamatory content.

  • We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on our website.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the website or these Terms at any time.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or by email, and your continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
