ABOUT THE PROGRAM
We believe the word Re-Fresh sums up our philosophy: ​​
Joining a Re-Fresh workshop is a great way to share, listen and learn new solutions, techniques and ideas for areas you may have got stuck or struggled with.
Every workshop deals with situations relevant to current events and how we are dealing with them and how we can better deal with them going forwards.
What is said or heard in the room, stays in the room and we have formal disclaimers to make sure we are all comfortable and nothing is shared without your permission.
We only allow a maximum of 10 people Online or at our new workshop space in Bracknell, Berkshire, UK ( under current guidelines ) and cost is just £12 for 90 min
